Sorry it has been so long since our last update. The competiton season is finally over and it has been a long one. Lisa decided to focus on our suit making while Craig had his best season ever. Styles by Miles has grown with leaps and bounds,thank you to everyone who believed in us. We truly appreciate it! Both Craig and Lisa are in their off-season and are looking forward to competing in the first Arnold Classic amateur show held the first weekend of March. If you are able to attend you will not regret it because it is the biggest and best bodybuilding show in the world!
